Description

In this 2 week workshop, students will make tote bags. They will be selecting and cutting out their own material (with a pattern) and will complete construction within two weeks. Students will get to applique a design on their tote bags. The tote bag pictured is designed as a book bag and students can choose to replicate that, or they can choose from other templates I have, or they can come up with their own design! If they choose to make their own design, it would be a good idea to have their “pattern” pieces made and cut out before they come to class in order to save time.

This class can be for beginners up to intermediate. For beginners, we will simplify designs whereas intermediate students can choose more advanced designs and stitches.

Note: My after-school classes have been completely filling up. Please don’t sign up if you are not committed to coming, as that takes away a spot from someone else who wants in the class. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice is subject to full payment fees. If you would like in the class but there are no spots left, please reach out to me and let me know; I have a wait list and if there is enough interest, I may be able to set up another time slot for classes.
