Join me for this fun Valentine’s inspired sewing workshop, where students can make a LOVE-ly pillow 🙂
*Most students will be learning 2 skills on this project: 1. how to applique (making the letters) and 2. how to gather (making a ruffle). For time’s sake, I will have the kits put together for the kids, including the applique letters. All they need to do is show up and sew!
*After doing this project with a private class, I’ve determined that gathering the ruffle was a little harder, and more timely, than originally projected, so for beginner students I will have pre-made ruffles for them. For my more advanced students, they are welcome to make the ruffles with the material provided 🙂
This is a beginner level class, with sewing basics as a prerequisite.
