Description
I asked my after-school kids what they wanted to make in October, and these Halloween skirts and bat scrunchies were on the top of their list!!
Students will be able to create a Halloween skirt using black lace and their choice of underlining (I will have a few Halloween-ish colors to choose from). The skirt isn’t too complicated to make, so this class can easily be taken by beginners who have completed sewing basics. Based on their skill level, and how quickly they finish their skirt, they will most likely have time to make a bat scrunchie to go with it! If they end up not finishing the scrunchie in class, they can take it home to finish.
The pictures below are my inspiration photos taken off Pinterest. The lace may be slightly different based on what I can find, but this is the basic idea 😉
